On the ground floor, the entrance opens into the large living room.
In the living room on the ground floor, there is a professional billiard table which can be transformed into a dining table for 16 people.
The living room is also set up with a beautiful antique fireplace made with the famous Trani stone.
On this level there is also a beautiful kitchen and dining space.
Here preparing meals can become funny experience to be shared with family and friends.
For cooking lovers, there is also a practical wooden oven and a large barbecue available in the garden of the Casale that are perfect to be used to prepare meals in the external natural setting of the countryhouse.
On the ground floor there is also a laundry area.
In this area of the house there is another nice space created for moments of relaxation:
a renovated lounge perfect for reading or sharing some fun with friends playing.
There are six Suites in the house, three are located on the ground floor and three on the upper floor.
Also on the ground floor there is a Studio with a comfortable sofa bed that can be transformed into an additional bed if necessary.
Each suite has a private bathroom with a large shower and a beautiful view on the woods or with private access to the garden.
On the first floor there is a second living room with a second kitchen and a designer fireplace.
There are also three more suites with in room bathrooms.
In two rooms of your choice, it is also possible to set up a third additional bed.
In the Casale, there are 3 flat-screen TVs and Wii-Fi connection covers every area.
Outside, in the garden next to the Countryhouse, with a stunning view on the wonderful woods, there is also a Pool House with a private bathroom with a travertine mosaic Hammam for two people and a kitchen.
The Pool House also has a sofa bed.
The large garden is equipped with a dining area and lounges covered by a gazebo. There is also a relaxation area and a swimming pool, a ping-pong table and table football. Everyhting is there for the entertainment of the guests.
The park is completely fenced and has also a usefull shaded parking area.
