RATES
The rate includes:
- Electricity, heating, firewood, hot water, bedroom and bathroom linen with change of towels once a week (further changes can be request and agreed upon arrival and will be paied on location).
- Use of kitchen equipment and all that is present inside the Casale.
- Use of the swimming pool.
- At the end of the stay there is a mandatory cost for cleaning of Euro 150.
- Payment for extra services can be made directly on site.
- Extras:
- Apartment cleaning on request.
- Anything not expressly agreed upon at the time of booking and/or not present in “The rate includes”.
- Municipal tax:
- In San Venanzo there is a tourist tax of __ € per person per day up to the 7th day of accommodation.
- Children under 14 are exempt. Payment has to be made in cash at the property.
